Should you need to cancel a request on the Care Calendar that has already been signed up for by a Supporter, you can notify that supporter at the time you're cancelling.
To cancel the support request, click the item on the Care Calendar and select the "Edit Request" button. In the Edit window, at the bottom, click "DELETE".
In the confirmation window for deleting this request is a text field for you to write a message to the Supporter. We will send your message and remove the request from the Care Calendar.
If you would like to turn off the Care Calendar entirely and alert all of your page Supporters at once, consider posting an Update, which will be displayed at the top of the page for visitors to read, and also optionally shared to all of your Supporters via email.
