Can Give InKind check on the status of the order?

The majority of gift cards purchased through Give InKind are delivered electronically and accessed via the Give InKind Wallet. Learn about the Give InKind Wallet.

Gift cards purchased for InKind Pages created prior to November 2024 are delivered to the Recipient's email address.

Physical Visa cards purchased through Give InKind are delivered to the Recipient's address by mail. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method selected by the Supporter.

Digital gift cards are delivered—either to the Recipient's email or InKind Wallet—24 hours after purchase (this delay is a security measure in-place to protect the Supporter's transaction).

To locate your gift cards in the InKind Wallet, visit your Give InKind Profile.

To locate gift cards that were delivered to your email, search your inbox for the address [email protected].

If you are unable to locate your gift cards, either digital or physical, contact the Give InKind Support Team for assistance.
