Change your password on your user profile page.
Reach the menu by logging in and clicking on your name or photo in the top navigation to be taken to your profile page.
Once you're on the profile, select "CHANGE PASSWORD":
You will be asked to enter the email address with which you signed up to Give InKind. Upon submittal of a valid email*, you will be emailed a link to reset your password. Be sure to allow or whitelist emails from giveinkind.com, so that they don't get caught in spam filters. In addition, Gmail users should check their "PROMOTIONS" inbox if they don't see an email from us in their general Inbox.
Clicking the link in the email will take you to a form to change your password. Your password must meet the following requirements:
8 Characters minimum
At least 1 UPPERCASE letter
*email address must be associated with a confirmed Give InKind account. If your email is associated with an account but not confirmed, you will be asked to confirm your account before attempting to change your password.
